Content Internship
Zoe Media Group is looking for a summer intern to assist our Content Analyst on Mondays-Wednesdays! The content team uses data to look at story performance on site and on social platforms to help the team make informed decisions and plan our content strategically. This internship offers a huge opportunity to learn competitive skills for the digital media industry.
Responsibilities will include:
-Reporting Editorial, Affiliate and Social Media data on a weekly basis and compiling Best Practices takeaways from this information
-Surfacing editorial and social media trends from competitors
-Assisting our Marketing Manager with email and syndication reporting when needed
Qualifications:
-Must be eligible to receive course credit at a college or university
-Must be based in Los Angeles
-Must be available Monday-Tuesday or Mo
-Applicants should have previous experience with Excel, Google Analytics, Digital Marketing and/or Editorial Websites
-Applicants should be familiar with major competitors in the fashion and women's media space
-Must be internet and computer-savvy
-Must have serious attention to detail
-Able to meet deadlines and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining efficiency and a positive attitude

Marketing Internship
Our marketing department oversees digital branding, audience development, content strategy, affiliate marketing, promotions, and social media growth. The ideal candidate is a digitally savvy self-starter who is enthusiastic about the online fashion space. ZMG Marketing Interns should be organized and thorough but able to work in a fast-paced, always-changing environment. This candidate should be comfortable with multi-tasking and processing a variety of challenges on a daily basis. ZMG Marketing interns should have a “yes” attitude and shouldn’t be afraid of bringing thought-out ideas to the table.
Qualifications:
-Must be eligible to receive course credit at a college or university
-Must be based in Los Angeles
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and have a strong knowledge of the digital fashion space, including social media
-Previous PR, marketing, or digital media experience is preferred but not required
-Knowledge of CMS (like Wordpress, Tumblr, Blogger), graphic design, HTML is a plus.

Editorial Internship
The Zoe Report is hiring editorial interns in Los Angeles for the summer! Candidates should have a strong interest in the fashion, beauty and lifestyle space as well as knowledge of the latest trends, e-commerce sites, designers and influencers. We’re looking for extremely organized, detail-oriented and resourceful individuals who are eager to learn more about working for a fast-paced digital fashion publication.
Responsibilities will include:
-Pitching and writing original stories
-Conducting editorial and market research for fashion and beauty content
-Assisting our editors in building stories via our content management system
-Sourcing and sizing images in Photoshop
-Supporting the Zoe Media Group office with shoots, events and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
-Must be eligible to receive course credit at a college or university
-Must be based in Los Angeles
-Available at least two full days per week until August/September 2017
-Strong interest and knowledge in fashion, beauty and lifestyle content, including various designers, e-commerce sites and influencers
-Understanding of The Zoe Report voice and brand
-Strong writing, communication and research skills
-Able to meet deadlines and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining efficiency and a positive attitude
-Internet-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google programs

Social Media Internship
Zoe Media Group is looking for summer interns to work with our Social Media team! The social media team manages all platforms - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest - for The Zoe Report, Rachel Zoe Collection and Box of Style. We're looking for social savvy candidates to help the team stay up-to-date on all platform updates, competitive research, asset creation and ideation, as well as participate in content strategy brainstorms. This internship offers a huge opportunity to learn competitive skills in the social media space.
Responsibilities will include:
-Assisting our social team to draft copy/manage scheduling of posts for daily content programming across our social media platforms on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram
-Learning the art of the pitch and how to shape our social media programs and daily content
-Understanding how to measure the impact of social media efforts through relevant monitoring tools and reporting
-Learning how to conduct market research, keep an eye on industry trends, and help Social Media team with generating ideas and/or content
Qualifications:
-Must be eligible to receive course credit at a college or university
-Must be based in Los Angeles
-Must be extremely resourceful, with a can-do attitude that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
-Must have the ability to work calmly under pressure and meet tight deadlines
-Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize within a multitasking environment
-Must be flexible and have the ability to take direction well, but also have the ability to work proactively and provide self-direction
-Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Must be comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word
-Must be Internet savvy
-Must be proficient in the use of the Internet as a research tool and have a strong interest in online advertising, social media, and new business models as applied to the internet
-Interest and knowledge of the fashion industry preferred (brands, designers, business models)
-Knowledge of Adobe Suite is a bonus
