Fashion in Tune: Rihanna

Whether seen seated at the front row of Paris Fashion Week or on a Red Carpet, Rihanna has come a long way in terms of fashion risk taking since the day's of "Pon de Replay." With Rihanna's recently winning the CFDA's Fashion Icon Award, we ask ourselves the question as to when the mainstream pop star began to exist within the world of high fashion? Perhaps Rihanna's appeal to the masses may translate towards a larger interest into the designs behind some of her more obscure and less mainstream looks. Regardless, Rihanna doesn't seem like she's likely to fade from either radio stations or fashion magazines anytime soon.
