From Catwalk to Bruin Walk: Alice + Olivia Spring 2018

The Alice + Olivia fashion show presentations are always able to deliver a glam, glitzy party girl meets cool girl vibe. The use of bold, graphic prints and vibrant colors that is consistently seen with Alice + Olivia was revamped to deliver these upcoming trends for Spring 2018.

For the bold and daring looking to step out of their comfort zones try to create a complete outfit that incorporates multiple items with embroidery detailing.

If the embroidery on embroidery look feels a little overwhelming try to create a color palette first to gain a better idea of how to coordinate multiple embroidery details into one look. In this case, the use of the color red is bold enough that it draws attention away from the floral detailing. But the inclusion of red in all of the embroidery is able to provide a sense of cohesion for the entire look.
