FLATTERING FLATFORMS
Hello everyone & welcome to Spring Quarter! As we welcome in the spring sunshine, it seems as if sandals aren't giving enough of a flirty vibe to our outfits.
Flatforms are being revived from the 1980's for the people who want to add spunk to their look. The platform's height exudes a feminine feel for all fashionistas, while also being incredibly daring.
This pair on the left, by Iggy Azalea & Steve Madden, has to be one of my favorites because of the embellishment along one of the straps. Not only does the heel compliment the wearer, but the rhinestones increase that classy feel for those who wear them.
Another pair of flatforms I admire is this Kelsi Dagger Brooklyn Pietra Platform Wedge Sandal. The simplicity of the clean, black leather as well as the height of the flatform creates a shoe that could be paired not only with a casual outfit like ripped, boyfriend jeans and a tank, but also with more formal looks like a midi skirt and a flashy top to match. These pairs of sandals are definitely a must-have for this quarter!
